Chef Patti has been in the "food" business for the past 20 years. She has owned a pizzeria as well as a catering business and decided to offer her talents on a more individualized basis, as a Personal Chef.
Chef Patti is a Premier member of the USPCA (United States Personal Chef Association). She has graduated for the USPCI (United States Personal Chef Institute) and has taken many cooking classes to further her education including classes at The Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa Canada.
Chef Patti is Monroe County Health Department approved and has been quoted in several local papers on cooking techniques and procedures. Chef Patti is also a licensed caterer and has cooked for graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, showers, dinner parties, both served and inter-active, as well as other family functions.
Chef Patti has prepared meals for 2- 300 people. She enjoys making life easier on her clients and allowing them the time to enjoy dinner and family.Time is precious and there never seems to be enough of it.
Chef Patti provides the busy working professionals with a stress free solution to dinner. Chef Patti has a commercial kitchen available to her to use for her clients making it convenient for those who work at home or would prefer the cooking be done elsewhere to enjoy the same service without the inconvenience of someone in their home for a day.
